Biography
As the Manager, Business Operations, Bobbi Spicer is responsible for the leadership and operational management of Edwards Executive Education’s administration, financial sustainability, human resources and program delivery and logistics.
Bobbi graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, Edwards School of Business majoring in Human Resources in 2016. As a Certified Talent Management Practitioner, she is passionate about helping organizational leaders and business professionals develop their personal and professional management and leadership skills to create a work environment that delivers high-quality talent. Bobbi also completed her certification as Public Sector Governor, where she learnt the nuances of governing a public sector entity and how to influence the decision-makers of government.
Bobbi is dedicated to giving back to the community. She volunteers her time to support the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Network of Saskatchewan Board as Vice-chair. In her role, she works together with the board members to oversee the direction of the Network and guide it towards strategically achieving its mission, “to enhance the lives of families and individuals with FASD.”
Prior to joining Edwards, she spent many years as a small business owner and currently owns Vanity Hair & Esthetics salon in Saskatoon, SK. She manages all facets of the salon's business operations alongside her business partner.
